FAQ's

Design

How is Wild & Seek different from the competition?

We specialise in hospitality, including wineries, travel, adventure, wellness and eco-tourism brands. Our approach

combines strategic storytelling, hospitality design sensibilities, and market insight, ensuring your brand

feels timeless, adventurous, and aligned with the expectations of discerning travelers.

I already have a logo, can you work with it?

Yes. If you have an existing logo, we can build a full brand identity or design packaging, signage,

and marketing materials around it—ensuring consistency and elevating the overall look and feel.

Do you offer logo design as a stand-alone service?

No, we don’t offer logos in isolation. A logo alone can’t fully communicate your brand story. We

create complete brand identities so your business has a cohesive visual language across every

touchpoint.

What does Brand Identity include?

Our brand identity packages typically include: logo suite, color palette, typography system, brand

patterns or illustrations, photography direction, interior direction and a comprehensive brand style guide for

consistent usage.

What’s the difference between Label Design and Packaging?

Label design refers to the graphics that go directly on a bottle or container (such as a wine label).

Packaging includes the full structural design (like boxes, tubes, or custom carriers), often combining

both function and brand storytelling.

Do you write the copy for my designs?

Yes. We can provide brand copywriting for taglines, product descriptions, and marketing materials.

If you prefer, we can collaborate with your in-house copywriter to ensure a seamless brand voice.

What’s included in the Social Media Templates?

We provide customisable templates (for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) aligned

with your brand identity. These usually include post layouts, story formats, and typography pairings

so your feed stays consistent and on-brand.

How many revisions do I get?

Our packages include 2–3 rounds of revisions, depending on the scope. We aim to keep the

process collaborative while maintaining project efficiency.

Do you also build websites?

Yes. We design and develop websites that are visually appealing, easy to navigate, mobile-responsive, and optimised

for conversions. We ensure your digital presence is as refined as your brand.

Process

What does the design process look like?

We start with discovery and strategy, followed by creative exploration, concept development, and

refinement. Once approved, we deliver polished assets along with guidelines to ensure consistency

across all applications.

How long does a typical branding project take?

Most branding projects take 4–10 weeks depending on scope. Larger packaging or website projects

may take 8–16 weeks. Timelines are always outlined at the beginning of the project.

Will I be involved in the creative process?

Absolutely. We believe in collaboration and include feedback rounds at each key stage to ensure

the final outcome reflects your vision while maintaining design excellence.

Pricing

Do you offer fixed pricing or custom quotes?

We provide both. Standard packages are available for brand identity and website design needs, while

custom quotes are created for unique or large-scale projects.

Is a deposit required to get started?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your project slot. The remaining balance is due upon

completion and before final file delivery.

Do you work with startups as well as established brands?

Yes. We work with both emerging and established businesses, provided they value design as a

strategic investment in growth.

Timeline

When can you start my project?

Start dates depend on our current booking schedule, typically 2–3 weeks out. We recommend

reaching out early to secure your spot.

Can you accommodate rush projects?

In some cases, yes. Rush projects may incur an additional fee depending on scope and timeline.

What happens if my project takes longer than expected?

We set clear timelines at the start, but if delays occur due to additional revisions or new requests,

we’ll update the schedule accordingly.
